Disadvantages:
1. View similar like windows 98, does it matter if it's 32bit color and neater
2. Less compatibility with files created in 2010/2007
3. Between the home menu and File menu, do not connect to me
4. Ribbon / menu above, it is not big enough for the touchscreen.
