Samsung Electronics and SK Telecom has released a new standalone variant of Samsung Gear 2. Early this news blows from the leaked documents in the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the patent office in South Korea. In the document, including the company name Samsung Electronics filed a patent with the name Samsung Gear Solo for this type of device is a standalone smartwatch.
