Line has launched a version of the application that is made specifically for the iPad. And this universal app compatible with the iPhone and iPad and is available in the App Store. Line for iPad app, featuring a more optimized tablet interface. Line for iPad app users do not have to create a new account, but can use the smartphone version of the account. This application also brings video calling and a short video.
Expand its line up to IOS-based devices.
First, a new Line for iPad app sized at 27.9MB, and is compatible with iPad running iOS 7.0 tablet or any later version. Line plans to foray into the mobile payments business by name LinePay. This will allow users to pay for various services Line and Line Pay application services using the iOS or Android. LinePay will also allow users to share payment through Pay Share feature. LinePay TouchID will support authentication technology on the iPhone 5s, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.
